Terms and Conditions
Last updated September 10, 2026
Welcome to the EASE Retreat website at ease.martihines.com. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and any request for an invitation, email sign-up, or payment you make through it. Please read them together with our Guest Policies and our Privacy Policy. By using this website you agree to these terms.
1. Who we are
The EASE Retreat is operated by [legal entity name] ("EASE", "we", "us"). You can reach us at information@hcollective.com.
2. Using this website
You may use this website to learn about the EASE Retreat, to introduce yourself and request an invitation, to sign up for updates by email, and, once invited, to reserve your place. You agree to use the website only for these purposes and not to copy, scrape, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it.
3. Invitations
The EASE Retreat is an intimate gathering limited to fifteen women. Completing the introduction form is not a booking and does not guarantee a place. Invitations are extended at our discretion after we have had the chance to learn a little about you. We may decline to extend an invitation without giving a reason. You must be at least eighteen years old to request an invitation.
You agree that the information you give us in the introduction form is accurate and is yours to share. We treat what you share as confidential and use it only to consider your invitation and to prepare for your stay, as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Reservations and payment
Once invited, you may reserve your place through the payment page on this website. Payments are processed in United States dollars through Square, and your card details are handled by Square, not by us. When you choose a payment plan, you authorize us to charge the card you provide for each scheduled payment on the dates shown at checkout until your registration fee is paid in full.
Your reservation is governed by the EASE Guest Policies, which cover the registration fee, the payment schedule, cancellations, credits, travel insurance, and your conduct and participation at the retreat. By making a payment you confirm that you have read and agree to the Guest Policies. If there is any conflict between these Terms and the Guest Policies about your reservation, the Guest Policies prevail.
5. Prices and offers
The registration fee and any time-limited offers, such as a complimentary additional night for reservations made by a stated date, are as shown on this website at the time you reserve. We may change prices and offers for future reservations at any time. Changes do not affect a reservation you have already made.
6. Email updates
If you sign up to stay in the know, we will email you occasional updates about EASE. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Signing up does not create a reservation or an obligation on either side.
7. Not medical advice
EASE is a wellness retreat created by and for women living with multiple sclerosis. Nothing on this website, and nothing in the retreat program, is medical, psychological, or other professional advice, and EASE is not a healthcare provider. Please consult your own physicians about your health and about whether attending is appropriate for you.
8. Content and intellectual property
The words, images, design, and name of EASE on this website belong to us or are used with permission. You may view and share links to this website, but you may not reproduce or reuse its content without our written permission.
9. Third-party services
This website is built on Wix and uses Square for payments. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, which apply when you use them. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites we link to.
10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
We provide this website as it is. We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EASE and its organizers are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute relating to this website or the retreat will be resolved as set out in the Guest Policies, with a good-faith effort to resolve it informally first, and, if needed, in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Contact
Questions about these Terms, your invitation, or your reservation can be sent to information@hcollective.com.
